Career record: 123-79-1.

Costantino has led Shore to two NJSIAA Central Jersey Group I titles, in 1997 and 2010. His teams have also won or shared five division titles. He also has the most wins of any coach in Shore Regional history.

Prior head coach: Bob Rolak (1982-1991). Rolak finished 58-34-2 and led the Blue Devils to two state sectional championships. His teams also won or shared four division titles.
